The racial equality experience at UWSP

A key focus of the Tri-Campus Equity Study is the racial equality experience. We highlight crucial insights into how racial equity is perceived and experienced by students and staff, aiming to bring these narratives to the forefront for meaningful discussion and action.

Identifying barriers and resource gaps on our campuses

Our findings reveal encountered barriers to accessing essential services, as well as identified resource gaps within the university. This includes areas such as Diversity Immigration Support, culturally specific healthcare, specialized food options, and safe social spaces for BIPOC/Immigrant networking.
